The Alice Austen House
Historic House &
Photography Museum
My years at the Alice Austen House were immensely formative for my career and so, so fulfilling.
As an art educator on a small staff, I had the freedom to showcase a wide breadth of my skills and knowledge, becoming deeply integrated with the museum’s brand and mission.
Moving into the role of Director of Education in 2019, I developed and taught photography courses in women's history, immigration, LGBTQ+ identity, portraiture, and more.
To expand my offerings in content production post-pandemic, I then transitioned into the role of Marketing & Design Specialist. I completely revamped the AAH website and brand identity. With my incredible team and the guidance of Executive Director, Victoria Munro, we brought previously inaccessible parts of the museum to an accessible virtual platform.
Below are all the things I was able to create during my tenure there.
